Type of Therapy Offered

I use different approaches depending on the presenting problem and the number of sessions that the client has in mind. I ask that my clients commit to at least 3 sessions in order for us to identify which areas of their life they would like to focus on as well as their goals for therapy. I also offer online consultations, which more people are choosing. If possible we would have an initial face to face consultation before moving onto an online platform. 

In my individual therapy my approach is from a Schema Therapy perspective. Schema Therapy was developed by Jeffrey E. Young and is an integrative psychotherapy combining theory and techniques from previously existing therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic Object Relations theory, Attachment theory and Gestalt therapy

I offer individual therapy for adults struggling with ordinary life challenges as well as those struggling with more serious life challnges.
